SelFou spices up your work-life by bringing fresh ideas and approaches to your life. We are a family-owned business where husband (Laurent) specializes in HR and wife (Valérie) focuses on stakeholder engagement.

After having embarked in different careers (Laurent was a teacher and Valérie a consultant in the private sector) both became public servants for the Government of Canada, honing what would become the SelFou consulting skillset.

  • Valérie is specialized in change and stakeholder engagement in contexts of complex software packages (SaaS, Agile, waterfall of hybrid) transformations.

  • Laurent's forte resides in leadership development and competency frameworks.
